This process includes a full bleach application followed by a custom toner to neutralize any brassiness, leaving you with a sleek, cool-toned, and perfectly platinum result. Please note this service is for guest who already have bleached out hair, and have been in for a service in the past 8 weeks.

We consider a colour to be corrected and/or changed when:

• You are wanting a Vivid/Fashion colour

• A change of tone is desired (i.e., red to blonde, or blonde to brown, or brown to etc.).

• When any colour needs to be removed (i.e., home colour, another product, dark pigment, red pigment, etc.).

• A change of level is desired (i.e., levels lighter or levels darker).

• Two or more levels and shades are apparent on the hair shaft.

• You have worked on your colour at home!
