At Spruce we practice time based pricing. This means that the cost of your haircut is not determined by your age or gender, but by the time required to do your individual hair.

Colour Change or Correction
We consider a colour to be corrected and/or changed when:

You are wanting a Vivid/Fashion colour
-
A change of tone is desired (i.e., red to blonde, or blonde to brown, or brown to etc.).

When any colour needs to be removed (i.e., home colour, another product, dark pigment, red pigment, etc.).
-
A change of level is desired (i.e., levels lighter or levels darker).
-
Two or more levels and shades are apparent on the hair shaft.
-
You have worked on your colour at home!
